By accessing tourishq.com, creating an account, or booking a tour through us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Tourishq curates and facilitates tour packages, honeymoon, adventure, and family travel experiences across our listed destinations. We act as an intermediary between travellers and our network of hotels, activity operators, and transport partners. Availability, pricing, and itinerary details are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

If you message us on WhatsApp, or provide a phone number through our enquiry, booking, or support forms and consent to being contacted on WhatsApp, you agree that we may use the WhatsApp Business Platform to send you booking confirmations, itinerary updates, payment reminders, and replies to your enquiries or support requests. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages over WhatsApp.

Some of these messages may be sent as pre-approved message templates rather than free-form text, as required by WhatsApp's own messaging policy for communications sent outside an active conversation window. Standard data charges from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send or receive.

You agree not to use our WhatsApp number to send spam, abusive, unlawful, or fraudulent content. We may block or report numbers that misuse this channel. WhatsApp is a service provided by Meta and your use of it is also subject to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service. A booking is confirmed only once we issue a written confirmation and the applicable deposit or full payment is received. Prices shown on the site are indicative and may be revised prior to confirmation to reflect currency fluctuations, seasonal availability, or supplier changes.

Full details on deposits, balance-payment deadlines, cancellations, and refunds are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Ensuring you hold a valid passport, visas, and any required travel documentation for your itinerary.
• Meeting any health, vaccination, or insurance requirements applicable to your destination.
• Arriving on time for scheduled pickups, activities, and transfers included in your itinerary.
• Behaving in a manner that does not endanger or disrupt other travellers, guides, or partners.

Occasionally we may need to modify an itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control — weather, local regulations, supplier availability, or safety concerns. Where a change is material, we will notify you and offer a comparable alternative or, where applicable under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, a refund of the affected portion.

Tourishq acts as a booking facilitator and is not the direct operator of hotels, activities, or transport included in your itinerary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your booking is limited to the amount paid to us for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, or government action.

All content on tourishq.com — including text, itineraries, photography, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Tourishq Travel Solutions and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
